HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I possible, I would give 1 star. I came here to order a large quantity of fruit bowls for a party favors. NEVER RELY ON OWNER! Buy what you see at the store if you can get your hands on it-but do not order anything. He guaranteed that item would arrive that same week and he would call to notify. He never called, so we came to pick up a couple days later and he tells us that we had come previously and he had given us an update.No sir, we did not come- and that is why we had our receipt. He than ask his employees to bring the items & when the boxes of 100 bowls were opened, it was the wrong item! (Sir, you should open your merchandise boxes when they arrive to verify!) He called the senders to try to fix it, but kept getting distracted with other customers (but yet, there was an employee there- he could have helped them!) We waited for an hour- and kept asking for updates. My patient went to the roof when an customer of his own ethnicity came in and started to make orders, the wonder dropped everything and started to help him. So I again, asked wheats going on and he says of yeah- they can be here tomorrow, wth!!! So we told him we needed them sooner. He than came back and said “sorry, they only have 48” sir, I paid for 100 pieces!! He returned our money, but it was such a waste of time! Now I have to go back look all over again for other items for our favors. But the worst part, he than place an order for the same items we were waiting on for the customer of his ethnicity!!!! Wth! Please stay away when making a large order, very unreliable!
