Planning a wedding is no small feat, especially when it's a destination wedding. As two Canadians getting married in Spain, I was initially apprehensive about all the logistics and details. However, Linda made the entire process not only seamless but also incredibly enjoyable.

From the moment we began our planning journey, Linda was there every step of the way. We talked for over a year, discussing every detail, and her expertise and dedication shone through every conversation. She was always on top of everything, ensuring that no detail was overlooked and that all our preferences and ideas were perfectly executed.

One of the most impressive aspects of working with Linda (Studio Marieta) was her ability to manage everything remotely. I had to put full trust in her for almost every aspect of the planning, and she did not disappoint. She sourced all our vendors (which were all incredible), making sure we had the best of the best. Her knowledge of local vendors and her creative vision made our wedding so unique, blending our Canadian roots with the most beautiful Spanish setting.

Linda's kindness and professionalism were constant source of reassurance. She was always so nice and kind, making us feel so comfortable and confident. Her calm demeanor and amazing attention to detail meant that when our wedding day arrived, we could simply enjoy every moment without any stress.

The actual day of our wedding went off without a hitch. To say it went perfectly is no exaggeration. Given we brought 50 guests all the way over from Canada and everything went smoothly was a testament to Linda and her team. They worked behind the scenes, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and we could focus on celebrating our love with our family and friends.

We are so happy that we chose Linda to plan our wedding last August at Xalet del Nin in Vilanova i la Geltrú near Barcelona. We instantly liked Linda when we first spoke to her as she was so friendly and down to earth - she made us feel so at ease throughout the planning process and on the day itself. She did an amazing job in executing the vision for the day (the tables looked SO good!) and all the logistics went so smoothly throughout the weekend, so we were really able to enjoy ourselves without worrying about anything. I'm so happy we chose Linda to plan our wedding just outside of Barcelona, in July 2023. I initially found Linda through Google/Instagram and I loved her branding and her clear communication style (a must for us, as we were having a destination wedding, and don't speak Spanish!). Throughout the wedding planning, she was super chilled, calm and collected and what was super nice was that this translated through to our wedding day itself, with feedback that it was the most relaxed wedding the guests had ever been to! As a Type A perfectionist, I think I can only attribute this feedback to Linda!

On the day itself, I was completely wowed that an absolute army of vendors and staff arrived and I had zero questions asked of me, as everything had already been considered and handled by Linda. I mean - there may have been emergencies on the day itself but I knew nothing of it which was the nicest experience as a bride!

What I valued the most (apart from being able to enjoy the wedding itself) was all of Lindas expertise on the best suppliers in the area, with her being able to whittle down the choices for us to only the best of the best, so it was easy decisions.

Also, having very little creativity myself, and based on a scrappy Pinterest board, Linda pulled together the most AMAZING look and feel for the wedding - seriously classy and unique but in keeping with the venue.

I would absolutely recommend Linda (& her team on the day) to plan a classy and memorable wedding. Thank you Linda 🙂

My husband and I used Linda as our wedding planner for our wedding at Masia Cabellut and it was the most magical day. From the very beginning of the process when we were visiting and choosing venues to the day of the wedding Linda and her team made the whole process so easy. We had about a year and a half to plan and all of our friends and family kept commenting on how little stress we had through the whole process and that was all thanks Linda.

She is extremely well organized and made our vision come to life. She has a great expertise on all vendors and makes recommendations on the very best. From the food to the flowers to the overall design everything was exactly as we had dreamed.

It's hard to know where to start! Linda from the Better Together Weddings Spain team is a one of a kind human and a truly exceptional wedding planner. She is everything you could want and more in a wedding planner- Linda is incredibly detail oriented, organized, responsive, friendly and easy to work with, calm, and always thinking 5 steps ahead. My husband and I had already started some of the wedding planning process from the US when we became overwhelmed, and it was such a positive difference once we had Linda on board. She communicates with all the other wedding vendors on your behalf, which is a huge time saver, and also was able to recommend some fantastic vendors we never would have found on our own. She is so patient and thoughtful in taking all your preferences and ideas into account, and goes above and beyond in helping you to make your wedding dreams become reality, no matter how small the details. She is considerate toward your budget and made an absolutely fantastic spreadsheet from the very beginning of the planning process to keep track of all the separate costs and sent us a vendor payment schedule that she updated frequently, which was a lifesaver and saved us so much time and stress. The week of our wedding, the weather forecasted rain which was problematic for us as our ceremony and reception were outdoors. We really wanted to have our ceremony in the beautiful outdoor space we had chosen, and Linda worked so hard to make this happen, coordinating constantly with vendors day and night on a viable plan B option. Thanks to her creativity and resourcefulness, we were able to wait to decide where to have the ceremony pending the weather forecast 2 hours prior to the ceremony starting! In the end, the weather (seemingly magically!) cleared up and it was such a beautiful and perfect day. Hiring Linda and the Better Together Weddings Spain team was the single best decision we could have made for our wedding day and we could not recommend her more highly for anyone else looking to have their wedding in Spain.
