We had the best time with our family and two befriended families.

All kids between 3 and 10 years old loved playing in the rooms, pool, tabletennis and trampoline.

We were in late October and had the fireplace on each night.

We will definitely come back

Terrible experience - all pictures are clearly over photo shopped and we were falsely sold a holiday destination that is not worth the price. This property has so much potential but the current living environment for this property is unacceptable.

We visited this property between the dates of 10-17th August 2024.

Firstly we personally stayed in the ‘side apartments’ (outhouse) and were highly infested with many bugs and creatures that were severely biting us during the night which led us to seek medical attention as this became a health issue due to infections in the bites.
We attempted to purchase many things to help with this when at the property such as plug in mosquito repellents, sprays etc and also using blankets to block the gaps underneath the doors which unfortunately still did not stop this happening.

The ‘kitchen’ area in this building was a building site, not completed at all, smelt like sewage and had brown water flowing through taps and shower only at a COLD temperature.
The mattresses were stained, area not cleaned properly and window shutters that were broken, leaving us unable to close to keep bugs out.
Most lights and lamps were unusable leaving the room dingy and dark, stagnant dirty smelly water outside the building clearly attracting more creatures and bugs.
Garden furniture was broken and disguised with cushions which allowed a family member to fall through the chair with a hole in.
Swimming pool area did not look like pictures at all, it has no ladder or steps which meant the children and myself who is pregnant found it extremely difficult and dangerous to get in and out of. The outside shower was infested by wasps leading to many family members getting stung whilst swimming as well.
Wires were hanging out of the wall in many areas of the property and generally needs some serious work to allow this place to be stayed at.

We requested some support for a handful of these issues when staying at the property and found it all extremely difficult to get responses and support for these things. Since our experience we have also continued to seek some contact with the owner via the manager of the property and we have been told time and time again by the manager that we are all being ignored including herself when requesting this.

Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed here early August as a large group and the only thing that saved this from a one star was the amazing views outside.

The villa itself needs a refurb from broken furniture, some rooms completely unfinished and looking like a building site in some areas. The swimming pool was nice but again needed work - no ladder to get in or out, and a wasp nest right next to it which was pretty bad meaning we couldn’t eat by the pool and the risk of young children being stung as well as one adult who was allergic to wasps…

Electrics in our bedroom sparked when plugging in the bedside lamp provided and started burning so we didn’t feel safe using that again.

The water ran out on day 5 due to the well nearby being empty so we all had to drive 30 mins down the mountains into town to get water which was frustrating.

We didn’t bother using the spa or sauna as it looked grubby (to be honest it was too hot anyways so unecessary in my opinion)

Lots of space inside the villa which was good but again overall we felt very let down and we spent thousands on staying here for a week.

The vllia location is ideal. The views are beautiful.There is adequate space.
Sadly the villia has not been maintained to a level that would meet the criteria portrayed.
The separate accomodation, in our view is not fit for purpose.
Reasons why.
First of all the area, were not clean.
The kitchen area only had a sink. There was a sewerage odour. This was awful.
Once asked a fridge was supplied. It was broken at the top and difficult to open.
The door and shutters did not close properly. This allowed bugs and critters in. This was unpleasant. Sadly my son was bitten, this lead to an infection. He required antibiotics and has been left with scars.
The villia advert has beautiful pictures. This is not the case now. We believe they were taken several years ago.
The water run out from.the well. It was replaced with non drinking water.
After this the water run cold, and shower was very poor at best.
The villia interior needs updating. A lot of the items are broken. One of the guests sat on a chair outside and fell through. Some of the serving bowels were broken.
It states there is air-conditioning in all rooms. This is not the case.
There were no lights leading to the separate accommodation.
There was a stale stagment pond outside the separate accommodation. It had bugs on top, I did not explore the underneath. They found there way into our accomodation.
The pool was beautiful, sadly there was no steps.Some of our group found it difficult to get in and out.

Finally the villia owner did not respond to our request for contact.In our groups view this is not acceptable.
The manager did respond to concerns and sent out support.E. G dishwasher was not working.
Overall needs updating and not as per photos on rental sites.

Some places are absolute magic. This is one of them - a well-kept, gorgeously designed villa in beautiful surroundings, with every imaginable comfort. Incredible!

Spectacular villa in the middle of the forest but only 30 mins from Barcelona. Incredible thought into the design and renovation have created an oasis to spend time with friends, family or as we did a corporate retreat. A must is the spa/sauna/ yoga with hidden tunnel, very James Bond. Had a great weekend, thanks!
