We loved working with Nikki. From the planning stages through execution, everything worked flawlessly. She has a wonderful menu to choose from and we enjoyed salads, fish and meat courses all prepared to delight both the palette and the eye. The food is scrumptious and Nikki herself is a joy to work with and gracefully managed to provide food for 10 of us. She navigated around a food allergy, smooth sailing all the way. I highly recommend her services.

We selected the cold buffet for our 30 guests at our anniversary fiesta. It was beautifully presented, with dishes labeled and garnished- guests were delighted before they began eating.All 3 main dishes were a hit - the whole salmon was delicious, the beef sublime ( my mother was very impressed - she has a picky palette!) and the salads were super fresh and tasty . Service from Martin and Paco was brilliant and they were so flexible and patient with me as I kept having to makes changes with timings as it was so hot. Nothing was a challenge for them and they made my fiesta a wonderful experience for my guests ! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simply Events & catering for any event !

Nikki and her team delivered an amazing full service experience for our event in Marbella. Our party for 70 people was held at night and Simply Events provided canapés, easy to manage larger plates, deserts, a shot bar and main bar as well as supplying furniture and a fun and engaging team of staff. The whole event was a huge success, thank you!

Nikki catered for a BBQ at our villa and the food was exceptional.
Our evening ran perfectly and Nikki just did her thing in the background.

Nicky and her team recently catered an event for us. Nicky went above and beyond from the initial phone call. Nothing was a problem and everything we wanted and more was catered for. The event was fantastic and everyone had great things to say about the services Nicky provided.

Since the event we attended a wedding which Nicky catered and we knew straight away we were in for a treat. Her team are amazing, in particular Sheila who was very professional.

We will only use Nicky now for any future events.

Simply Catering came to a Villa we rented for a friends stag do & prepared a BBQ & dessert which was absolutely lovely! The service was superb & really relaxed, and all the guys still comment on how nice the food was now!!! Can’t wait to use again when in Spain.
