I had the worst customer service experience. The owner does not know anything about people's sizes. The first time I went to his store he told me that all the girls were size SX. I insisted that one of the girls was a Medium. He did not let them try the dresses, after a few minutes of arguing he measured one of the girls and realized that she was a Medium but kept insisting the other girls were SX. He said that he would exchange the size if they needed a bigger size. He also told me that he would pay for the alterations at no additional cost. When I came back to pay half of the total price, his story about the alterations changed. He told us that he was not going to fix the length of the dresses, that he was only going to pay alterations from the waist up. By this time we were tired and decided to proceed with the purchase. When I went back to pick up the dresses, he changed his story about the alterations again and said that he was only going to fix the waist not the sleeves. He send me to the Taylor Cruz to try on the dresses and one of the dresses was too small for one of the girls. I came back to tell him. His answer was "you order the XS". I was very upset because he was the one that assumed they were all XS. He exchanged it to a small but gave me the one from the Maneque and refused to order a new one for us. I found the same dress at a different store for $16 less but decided to purchase from him because he told us he would pay for "alterations " this is how he gets people. I would never purchase anything from this store again.

They let you try only 3 dresses per day. Last time I was there my daughter got only 2 dresses they gave her of the same style but different color and they told us we had to be back other day. They were extremely rude and started talking in their language so we wouldn’t understand. Dresses that are old and damaged are cheap but new dresses are as expensive as other stores nearby that have way better service.

This place is the worst the owner is super rude and doesn’t know what he is doing and doesn’t know anything about size numbers. We got the worst customer service I don’t recommend this place.
