Thank you Chef Teddy and Rita! You all did an excellent job catering the Lower Richland High School Class of 1984 40th Year Reunion! Our Friday Fun Night mixer and Saturday Diamond Banquet were both a huge success in part due to your efforts, and your menu suggestions were spot on. You were timely, you were professional, AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS as well as plentiful! We can't thank you enough for going above and beyond. We will definitely be using you again!

Chef Teddy and his wife Rita created a stellar dinner service for my Mother’s 70th Birthday Party on Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Manning, SC.

I can honestly tell you the service provided was top notch. The process from beginning to end was seamless. Chef Teddy was very attentive during the entire process answering any and all questions that I had. He was very accommodating when I needed to make a few changes and offered helpful suggestions where necessary. He even took my menu idea and added his own personal flair to it.

The food was perfectly seasoned and balanced. Moreover, the food was hot and not dried out which is sometimes an ordeal when doing a buffet style service. The food was served with great efficiency and care. Chef Teddy’s team did not miss a beat and everything ran as it should without delay.

As an event industry professional, I understand what it means to over deliver on a clients’ expectations and Chef Teddy and his team did this and so much more. Both my mom and guest were thoroughly impressed with the food and many compliments were given to a chef Teddy and his stellar team.

In closing I’ll say this; if you want professionalism, efficiency, on time service and top quality food, I strongly recommend R&T Catering. You will not only be provided with great service you’ll be treated with the utmost respect coupled with unparalleled custom service.

We had R & T Catering, LLC cater our Lower Richland HS 40th reunion celebration over the weekend, and they were fantastic! Teddy and Rita were incredibly accommodating and patient. After attending the Boyd-Berry wedding , Saturday June 7th. I was very satisfied with the menu that the bride and groom selected. I was served the beef tips along with the other delicious wares, they were the best that I had ever had. The food and service excellent by far. Hope that I can go back back to my fraternity to see if we could possibly use your services, as I sampled your offerings.

Chef Teddy catered a Valentines Gala for the seniors at my church on 2/17/24. We were a little late deciding on moving forward with the Gala. Teddy worked with us patiently to make this happen. The meal and the service were excellent. I will be using them again for future events.

We had a wedding reception on 9/29 and from the time I contacted Mr. Teddy, I knew he was gone take care of my guests!! He is so personable! His food is delicious! His staff is so professional! My guests raved about the food all night! My husband and I actually got a chance to eat and I SAT and ate with no interruptions!!! Lol Mr. Teddy came up to greet us and I told him he was the bomb! I highly recommend using his catering services!!!
