Wow...
I dropped my boat off to get serviced while I was going to be in the woods for opening weekend for deer. I got a call the very next morning that she was ready for another year! Guess I can sneak in a couple more days of fishing before I hit the woods.

Been using R&R since 2016 when I purchased my first BassCat. Steve and the guys have always taken great care of me. Once I was having issue with my hole shot. Steve went to the lake with me, brought 3 different props and he found the right prop with the right position of my hydraulic jack plate. Not many shops would have that kind of service. I’ve since purchased a Skeeter and he’s kept the Bug healthy & clean. Recently I’ve recommended two other friends to R&R. It’s an awesome feeling when your duddies call and say how outstanding Steve and the folks are at R&R. I live in DFW and never hesitate to make the drive to see my guys at R&R. No matter where you live, you won’t regret the drive to R&R, they are top notch!

Bad business! I had my 2001 Chapparral signature 240 to get serviced at this shop, was quoted $600 for tuneup ,said it would take two weeks to get to it my boat, my boat was returned to me 2 1/2 months later and was told my motor had water in the oil and offered to fix it with a high price, I told them nothing is wrong with my boat I just got off the lake the day I dropped it off.
My I took my boat on the lake many times since then and there’s no water in my oil at all.
Dishonesty business stay away from them!

Excellent staff and service. Work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. I've been in the Auto repair business for over 40 yrs so I know a little bit about customer service. So do these guys. Only people that I allow to touch my boat.

I took my 1985 Evinrude to them. I was told over the phone it would be 1-2 and a half weeks. It turned into ‘months’ and I couldn’t get the mechanic to call me back. I was even told a MASSIVE lie. They told me that my carburetor wasn’t stock and they needed to find a way to rebuild it to make it work on my motor. FUNNY... I’ve owned that motor it’s entire life, the carb is the original. So, I pick up the motor after it can’t be fixed my them. They tell me they spent hours and hours trying to fix it.... I left a carburetor kit, they didn’t rebuild the carb. Didn’t replace any fuel lines, didn’t replace the spark plug.... they did NOTHING. I talked to my cousin today and he had the exact same experience with his jet boat. I Do Not Recommend.

My motor was ready to go in 3 days by different mechanic.
