I had my car fixed here twice in like a month or so (bad luck for me) and both times the service was outstanding. They kept me updated on my car, they were done when they said they would be, they did good work and did it pretty fast. I had a used car warranty that covered my repairs both times and I called 10 places before I found R & R that was willing to deal with the warranty. Most places didn’t want to take the extra step to make the claim to get my repairs paid for for me but they did! I have had bad experiences at other repair shops taking weeks longer then they said or giving me an estimate and I pick up the car and it costs twice what they originally told me so I was happy to find this place. Will continue to go back for any repairs me or my family has!

Not really sure they even deserve one star, they got us in quickly (which seemed nice at the time) took a day and a half to diagnose the “problem” another full day to replace 6 studs on the back driver wheel got a call it was done and “good” ended up in another shop less then 24 hours later and were informed the drive shaft was cracked…called them
to let them know and ask if it was even test driven after it was “fixed” as it came out of the shop making the same sound it went in with didn’t seem like i could get a straight forward answer on that but that it didn’t go back on the lift after the studs were fixed in the parking lot i was told, lesson learned.

R&R did it again. Bobby helped me out with getting a nice set of tires for my new car and put in the time and research to find a set and look I was going for. Even took a comprehensive check on my new truck and assured me I purchased a good vehicle.

One of the best mechanics I ever been to. I have the best experience and they managed to work around my dynamic work schedule. I even missed my time frame for an appointment and they were still very accepting and still worked around there schedule to fit me in. I would not hesitate to come back and continue getting services that is provided.

As a rule of thumb we all know “Good work isn’t cheap, and cheap work isn’t Good” if you want GOOD WORK done and more importantly done right R&R Auto is the place I found them to be very helpful, polite and accommodating. I’m a first time customer that has worked in the automotive business for 45 years and I will definitely be a returning customer.

It’s always hard to find a good auto mechanic. One that’s fair, honest and good at the job. Look no further. They have done work on not just my car, but my elderly fathers and always jump to help him when needed. I won’t go anywhere else! No dealership garage can compare. Dealerships have misdiagnosed my repairs and charged me a ton of money. Go to R and R. Small family owned. You can’t go wrong
