If you have a jet ski of any kind I highly recommend you use this amazing place. maintenance storage just about anything jet ski this is your go to.The service is so good I travel all the way from North Jersey trailer my jet ski all the way to his shop well worth the customer service and expertise with jet skis. They keep my Kawasaki ultra 310R in tip top shape.

I had a Supercharger Clutch failure this Saturday and I called them on Sunday. They returned my call the next day and were professional. I look forward to meeting them on Saturday. I am in the Luxury Auto Industry.... Customer Service is everything. So far so good. OK closing out my review of R Ratted performance. The shop was neat and clean as I keep my own garage. Rudy was very professional when we meet in person and extremely knowledgeable. They did a great job replacing my Super charger clutch. The ski was given back clean and the repair was 100% perfect. They even showed me the failed parts and when over some pictures of other items I might want to get looked at in the near future. Pricing was fair and the work was done within a few days. I highly recommend using them. I will never bring my ski to a dealer or any other shop. Rudy and the shop won me over. Great job R Rated Performance. 5 Stars.

Highly recommend. These guys kept my older 2 stroke jet ski running over the years that I had it, as well as my father’s ski. So many wonderful memories out on the water thanks to our skis being in the care of this shop. Very knowledgeable, fair, and professional

I don't know if I could saying anything more than they were amazing! Greeted by Max who was warm, friendly and understanding of " I don't want to spend more than I have to". He gave me a cost of what they needed to do and then would update when they had a proper diagnoses. For anyone who owns one and has taken it in for service, knows it can be expensive when you think it is small issue. I don't know what superlative I can say when Max called back with the news. For what was wrong with turbo, they worked with me and treated me better than fair. I am a new customer to them but felt like I was their best customer. If you fear going to a service center, go there and you will be treated with the ultimate respect.. Thanks to Matt the mechanic and Rudy the owner. Places like this remind you of what customer service "SHOULD BE"...

I’ve been using Rudy at R- Rated performance for over 15 years. He is a very honest, trustworthy guy with very fair pricing. I can’t imagine any1 ever having an issue with his establishment. He just dropped off my skis after a full service, winterization, and new impellers. Should have left a review years ago!

Outstanding Work, Outstanding Customer Service, and Outstanding Reliability. I purchased a used PWC this year and was in need of a reliable shop to service my craft before I took it out on the open waters. I discovered R Rated Performance and could not be more satisfied with my two experiences I had ( Spring and Fall Service). Rudy and Max are extremely knowledgeable about what my PWC needed and what it did not need.... They were there to assist me and not there to see how much money they could take from me. There is NO other shop which will trust with my PWC service.
