We stayed here for 1 night during the week. The gentleman that checked us in was polite, professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would have enjoyed another chair beside the desk chair. The location on West street allows an easy walk to the Main Street area and Eastport. The complementary coffee in the morning is a nice touch. No complaints here!

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Hilton garden Inn. It was quick to check in and check out. Soon after checking in we received a text asking if everything for our room was as expected. It was. We ordered wings to go from the restaurant and they came out quickly and were tasty. The room was clean and quiet. The shower had good water pressure and the shampoo, bath gel etc were sufficient. Parking was tight so it may be better to reserve parking in advance somewhere else as they charge $29.

The rooms were great. Spacious and clean. Unfortunately the city started overnight road construction with a backhoe and jack hammer just outside our room. We called to move our room at 10pm but got no response. No empathy from the front desk staff for the unfortunate and unavoidable situation. No heads up about overnight construction at check-in. Parking is tight and an extra charge for the night. Street parking is sparse but available. No continental breakfast as advertised.

Beautiful hotel! I love Hilton Garden Inns and this one was great. Perfect location near the Naval Academy. Rooms were so comfortable, had everything we needed. The best feature was Alina, the front desk person who made the whole stay perfect. ALWAYS smiling, so pleasant and eager to please, even checking on us through the stay to be sure our needs were met. She was charming to talk with, helped us with any and everything we needed, made us feel like we were family. She is such an asset to this motel and reinforced my love of Hilton!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown Annapolis. While the location was indeed convenient, the parking situation left much to be desired. The parking lot was cramped and extremely limited. If you returned to your room in the evening, there was a fair chance that parking would not be available. This is somewhat expected in a downtown area, but it was still a significant inconvenience.

The room I was assigned was at the end of the 2nd-floor hallway and had a noticeable damp smell. Worse still, I discovered a large clump of bugs by the air conditioning unit after seeing a large ant moving back and forth. When I pulled away the curtain, it was clear that the bugs were concentrated there. A fellow team member staying in a similar end-of-hallway room mentioned that while their room was free of bugs, the damp smell was also present.

I would recommend staying elsewhere unless you are willing to inspect the room first. For my stay, I would have been better off choosing a location outside of the downtown area with better parking options.

Very poor service overall. They did not provide housekeeping service and told us that the hotel clerk should have notified us when we checked in. She did not tell us!! We were SHOCKED when we returned after a long day of business. No fresh towels and the bed not made. NO APOLOGY EITHER! Won’t ever come back to this hotel or ANY OTHER Hilton hotel ever!

Was ok, but like another reviewer stated, I expected more from a Hilton Garden Inn. My room had a Tiny bathroom and even smaller shower where the water was a trickle. TV worked when it wanted to. Not enough parking for guests let alone for a conference location, and the passthrough to back lot was scary tight. The Staff was always nice.
