everything was nice, I was excited to stay. I show up and they charge to Park in there lot. wtf I get it's annapolis and parking can get crazy. I feel like if your staying they should give you a pass or something. showing up and charging me $10 to park is ridiculous

Excellent choice! Great room, clean and comfortable. Good morning buffet and the location was close to Annapolis. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We loved our room and the amenities. Think we will stay at the Marriott more often. They know how to provide service.

Staffs are freindly, room is clean, pool/hot tub is clean, free breakfast, free level 2 EV charging (one J1772 only).

Would have given 5 stars, however, charging $10/day for self parking in a suburban area is just rediculous. This $10 extra charge has a negative impact (psychologically) on customer experience; factor that into your room rate if you really have to charge this fee. Also, the lobby, although clean, has a musty smell.

I booked a stay under the “Long Term Stay” rate which the Bonvoy app stated included “buffet breakfast, WiFi, and self parking.” During my stay I was informed that parking was not included with my reservation. After showing a manager the amenities included in my reservation she stated that the information was incorrect and that I would be charged a discounted rate instead. I took the matter up with Marriott customer service who agreed with me that the wording of my reservation indicated that parking without a fee was included in my reservation. The customer service agent also stated that properties set their own amenities with each rate and that corporate was unable to enforce compliance. One star for not honoring the amenities advertised with a specific rate and for not understanding the definition of “includes.”

We did have a minor incident with our room, however, they were very accommodating in fixing the problem; besides that, the rooms are nice and very comfortable. The breakfast bar leaves a bit to be desired; but overall, it was a decent experience.
