This company is INCREDIBLE! They are so professional, hard working and extremely easy to work with. As a corporate event planner I cannot give higher marks to Carnival Catering. They have truly made me successful in my role as I do not need to give them a second thought after booking and can focus on everything else I need to get done. Did I say yet that they’re great? Carnival catering catered our daughters wedding and I could not have asked for better food or nicer people. Miki and her staff wee all very professional. We were very pleased with the servers that brought around the appetizers, served at the dinner and brought out the champagne toast. People raved about the grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters, the bourbon corn casserole and cotton candy on our champagne flutes. If you are needing a caterer for any event you definitely want to reach out to carnival catering.

Carnival Catering is VERY professional. From birthday parties to corporate to weddings, they do everything! The portion sizes are worth every penny & they’re extremely clean! The staff is amazing and I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them for all upcoming events! Simply delicious!

We held a Circus Themed party, and the Carnival Catering was exactly what we needed! From the customized menu to assisting with Cake cutting, this team was great. All aspects of the engagement were done well. Regular communication, accommodation of additional requests, (bar services) and reasonable pricing! Would highly recommend in the future.

The bast caterer I have ever had! Their food is so good! They offer such variety in what they serve. If you want a home style feel to your event they offer it. If you want a restaurant appeal to your event they have it. Not to mention they gave me a fair price and helped me plan a beautiful party within my budget. I am so pleased with how well they set up and were prepared to serve with plenty of time before my guests arrived. They did amazing! I had an upscale dinner party and they blew me and my guests away. From their food, to the presentation, the staff was super nice and fun! Miki the owner was willing to go above and beyond to make sure my event was perfect and smooth. After the party they cleaned up so well and fast and offered anything else they could to do help to make sure our night was as easy on us as it could be. I will be using Carnival catering for every single event from now on. Thanks Miki and staff for being so wonderful!
