First timer! Food was good. Charlie was great. My well behaved dog was welcome on the patio, a big deal to me. Enjoyed the bread, water for me (and my pup!) and my grilled salmon was tasty. One star removed for the condition of the patio - lots of leaves, some trash, bird spots, piles of crumbs, a few weeds in the cracks, etc. Five or ten minutes of a broom and dustpan would do wonders.
3 different waiters for 3 tables. It was 2:44 when I left and they were not busy so not sure why the neighbors table wasn't cleared. Their dishes were taken but the remaining items stayed my entire meal which isn't a great view.
Otherwise a good visit!!

It's been many, many, many years since we've been to one of the outposts of this chain. Some friends wanted to go out to lunch and insisted on going to a place with outdoor seating (remnants of COVID...). As it turned out, it was a gorgeous day, and they do have a small outdoor patio that was in operating, so that's where we ended up.

Being a mall restaurant, we ended up entering on the mall side, and were ushered all the way to the other end to exit to the small patio - which is tucked in besides the roadway dividing the mall from a small parking lot. Luckily this is a side of the mall that does not have a lot of traffic. Therefore, we had a very pleasant meal. Our waitress - Dawn - contributed to this as she was on the ball and was frequently in attendance - even though we were the only people eating on the patio. She was professional, personable, and attentive.

We had barely sat down when she presented us with the bread plate and their flavored oil. She then returned with flatware.

We ended up ordering the Salmon Fresca, Pasta Bravo, and Chicken Marsala dishes. We also got the Shrimp Fra Diavolo by mistake. That was delivered and then Dawn realized it was not for us and graciously whisked it away before we dove in! Funny that! The Salmon was wonderful and the Pasta dish was great. The Chicken dish had several faults: One of the chicken breast pieces was uneven, so it had a very thick end and a thin end. Rather than cut it evenly, or pound it evenly, the kitchen attempted to cook it as is which resulted in an undercooked thick part, and an overdone thin part. The Marsala sauce was very good and I wanted more of it. The green beans that came with it were not cooked enough and needed another two or three minutes to lose the raw flavor.

Aside from that mishap, we enjoyed the meal and the environment. For lunch, prices are up there ($30 per person), but we did get some leftovers to take home.

We ordered two Ramano Crusted Chicken Salads it came to $36.00. In the past we have loved these salads and even had enough for leftovers..definitely worth the price then. Now, I just called to complain because returning home it looks like I could have gotten a child size side salad at Eat’n park for half the price and possibly had more! The manager is telling me they have changed the measurements for the salads and I’m just left scratching my head…has inflation gotten THIS bad that we are cutting back on lettuce now?! WOW! 36$ JOKE. They should atleast warn the customers before hand smh SO the manager offered me new salads, but not the chicken that goes with it lol sorry not wasting more gas to drive all the way across town in rush hour for some lettuce! He should have comped us two whole new salads as that would have been the proper customer service tactic. Lost a family of customers here ?

We were pleasantly surprised at the food at bravo! Italian kitchen after stumbling in after a trip to pottery barn. It was a Saturday night but the restaurant was packed! We sat at the bar and ate there. The food was good and the salads were tasty.

This was our second time here. The service was excellent today for lunch. She went above and beyond from checking in constantly to splitting our various items we ordered. The warm bread is really good, especially when you have them add freshly grated cheese to the oil mixture. We had the eggplant parm and it was really good.

Overall, it was a great experience and will return.

I took my family to this Bravo and it was pretty good! We sat down in a corner that was not crowded and was very peaceful. Our server had quick service and immediately brought us drinks and bread fresh from the oven! It was really good and we ordered our entrees. We had gotten Alfredo pasta, Mediterranean salad and margarita pizza. It came fairly quickly however, our server forgot to get us plates so we had to reuse the same ones from the bread. All in all, food was delicious and would come again. Wish we had a different server who was more attentive though!

The server, Melissa, did a great job and was very pleasant and friendly. The 2 people I was with really enjoyed their dinners. I was very disappointed in mine. I ordered chicken parm and they didn't have the breaded chicken available for the entree even though it was just after 6 PM. Melissa suggested grilled chicken instead which I agreed to. The meal I received was smothered in oil, with 2 small pieces of chicken on top of the pasta. The sauce had very little flavor and was watery due to the excess oil. I ate part of the meal, took the rest with me and threw it into the first available trash can I could find. The restaurant was not very crowded and it took much longer than expected to receive our meals. I don't expect to ever return to this location.
