El pasado fin de semana Cristina cocinó para nosotros. En dias anteriores contactó para ofrecernos un menú abierto dónde elegir entrantes, platos principales y postre. Para nosotros resultó una grata experiència, ya que Cristina cocina con ingredientes de primerísima calidad y con su saber hacer y experiéncia entre fogones, consigue que platos novedosos o platos de cocina tradicional sean una fiesta para el paladar. Os recomendamos cualquier comida que elabore esta chef!!

Cristina and her staff made our trip to Barcelona SO fabulous -- a real vacation for those of us who are the cooks in the family. We got to go out touring and "beaching" and sitting by the pool, all day; and we'd come in and -- voila! -- there would be a spectacular meal! At our request, she served Catalonia specialties, and we loved it all! She did breakfasts and dinners for seven days, and it was the best money we spent our whole trip! Hire her! She's great!

We are so lucky to find Cris! Her cooking is very authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Our guests were marvelling at even the most simple ingredients like tomatoes and how tasty they were. She made really good recommendations on menu choices. Cris was also very responsive on email and WhatsApp, which made planning everything such a breeze. We felt like we were in safe hands the moment we first talked to Cris, and it remains the single best decision during our trip to work with her. Thanks for everything!

We cooperated with Cristina during the whole day after our wedding day in Masia Santa Monica near Barcelona. Her team was responsible for preparing the breakfast and dinner (afterparty)- for 36 people. We are happy with all her work and professionalism.

In the morning she quietly came to the villa and starter preparing the brunch menu we chose for breakfast when everybody Was still sleeping after the wedding party. All the food was delicious and her assistants answered all our requests (for example they gave some additional tomatoes or lemons). The only minus Was that not all the dishes were there at the same time (the guest did not know what's coming and what they can choose from) and there was no coffee station to (they used the small coffee express from the villa), which could be a bit faster. Nevertheless communication was perfect and everybody appreciated the dishes (some of them we're left for next morning).

For the dinner we chose tapas menu with additional tomato soup. Some guests said that the food was even better than during the wedding. Tapas were delicious, the soup very fresh, delicate and smooth. The main course (iberian pork) was loved by everybody. Again the cook and her assistant were easy to communicate with and very self-reliant.

We strongly recommend Cristina and her team and thank you for all your effort!

We hired Cristina to cook dinners for 17 adults and 4 children while on holiday. The food was fresh, authentic tasting and appreciated by all, including the children. Creating a menu plan prior to arrival was a good idea and we were able to cater to our family’s allergies and other requirements. Her team set the table and cleared away afterwards - a replete service.
I would highly recommend Cristina, especially for large families - having it all done for you is a treat!

Chris is a fantastic chef very caring person her fantastic recipes and attention to details went beyond our expectations.
I truly appreciate all her effort we hosted our daughters wedding at the Finka Santa Monika (fabulous place and hostess as well ) It was a beautiful memorable event in an incredible setting with people that went out of their way to make sure that the event turn out to be perfect!!
