The selection of vendors was impressive, and we ordered from three different providers for our two-day meeting. The food was delivered on time and beautifully displayed, exactly as requested. Communication was excellent, with confirmation of our order ahead of time, and they were attentive to our allergy request, ensuring everything went seamlessly.

They work with many local caterers and I appreciate the ability to select the demographic of the catering company: from LGBTQ+, Women Owned, Black Owned, and more! The delicious food has always been delivered early or on-time with more than plenty to go around. I was even impressed that they could make special desserts for our event! I regularly place orders for work and am consistently pleased with the entire process. Group ordering is smooth, with a handy "submit order" scheduling feature. Deliveries are always punctual, with each item clearly labeled by name (for group orders) and ingredients, making organization hassle-free. Their responsive support team has been excellent, though I've only needed them for feedback. Plus, their rewards program is a nice bonus. I highly recommend CaterCow for anyone who needs to cater for diverse group sizes on a regular basis!

I have been fortunate to find Cater Cow for a group event, and I couldn't be more impressed! The platform is incredibly easy to use, making it super simple to coordinate meals for various occasions, whether for a large group, individual needs, or a buffet-style setup.

Group Orders: Organizing food for a big gathering can be a headache, but Cater Cow simplifies the process. I loved the ability to create a shared link where everyone could select their meals. No more back-and-forth emails or confusion—everyone got exactly what they wanted!

Individual Orders: For smaller meetings or individual lunches, the ordering process is just as straightforward. I appreciated the variety of options available, catering to different dietary preferences. It made personalizing meals a breeze!

Buffet Setup: The buffet service was a hit at our last event. Cater Cow provided an excellent selection that catered to diverse tastes (our last meal was Indian), and the presentation was great! Setup was organized and I love how they use the tent cards.

Overall, I highly recommend Cater Cow for anyone looking to simplify their catering needs. It’s efficient, versatile, and perfect for any type of gathering. I already have my next event planned and ordered. I will provide pictures soon.

I’ve been using Cater Cow since early November, to order for a cohort of university students. Cater Cow has an amazing variety of selections, which encompass a variety of diets. The students have thoroughly enjoyed each meal I have ordered through this service. Prices are also very reasonable for group orders compared to other platforms.

I’ve used CaterCow for my office quite a few times, and I have no complaints. From apps and breakfasts to full on buffets and happy hour spreads, the selection can’t be beat, and customer service is excellent. They’ve even scrambled for me to get same day service, which is hard to find for large group orders. Honestly, if you need catering for an office, I don’t see why you would go another route.
