My husband and I had a great experience staying here in late July. We often stay in Albany the night before an early morning flight, and this will be our new go-to hotel.

Mia checked us in and offered us the park and fly option, saving us both money and the annoyance of parking at the airport in the midst of construction. She was one of the friendliest front desk staff I have ever met and was very kind and helpful.

Our room was clean and spacious. My only regret was that I would have so little time to spend in it!

Our shuttle took us to the airport early the next morning. Very friendly driver, although the overnight front desk clerk was decidedly not. It was also easy to call and request the shuttle in our return so that we could pick up our car at the hotel.

I stayed here on a two-day business trip. Although the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, we all needed a car.

All rooms were clean and renovated with a walk-in shower. Some channels on Direct TV were not working because of the current Direct TV-Disney dispute.

Free breakfast is for Residence Inn guest only. Courtyard guests must pay. That is why I drove to the Starbucks nearby.

There is a restaurant in the lobby called The Bistro that serves strong cocktails. I paid $12 for a Cherry Old Fashioned and could only drink one. It was not watered down. If ever I am in Albany again, I would come back for drinks at The Bistro even if I do not stay at this hotel.

My favorite hotel amenity was the outdoor fire pit, which is adjacent to The Bistro. I imbibed my cocktail in front of the fire, chatting and relaxing with my co-workers.

I had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Courtyard Albany Airport.

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos

I stayed here for three nights, last week for a convention at the arena. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It was immaculately clean. My room had the king size bed and was really nice, spotless, had coffee in my room, fridge and microwave. Huge flat screen TV, large walk in shower and a large window! I loved everything I ordered in the restaurant! The pizza , turkey avocado BLT Avocado toast and crispy seasoned fries My favorite feature was the patio in the back with the large fire pit! You have a good view of the sunset from there also. I would definitely stay in the same hotel when I’m in the area again!

Positive: Spacious room and pretty quiet Negative: No toiletries in the bathroom except for basics, really could?ve used shower/room slippers, coffee in room was basic, no complimentary breakfast even though it was connected to residence inn and those patrons were able to get complimentary breakfast,

We checked in around 9:30 PM and received an accessible room which is not that big of a deal. The shower allows for a wheelchair which again is not an issue. But not providing enough towels to mop up the entire bathroom due to water everywhere is not acceptable. If you are going to have an open shower, supply enough towels for water cleanup as to not create a safety issue in a room that should not have any safety issues considering the type of room it is.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Zackia helped us out tremendously, was courteous and professional and just went above and beyond to house our large party at the last minute. Tia was also extremely helpful and resolved issues we ran into during our stay. Honestly could not have asked for better interactions with this staff.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
