I'm so happy this hotel is getting the reviews it deserves (higher than 3 stars). When I initially booked, I read reviews after the fact and that made me nervous for my stay, however, upon arrival and departure I am so happy I stuck with the reservation. Loved this hotel. I stayed here during a three day business conference and had the one bedroom suite. If you can "splurge" (I feel like the prices are very reasonable) on the suite, get it, it was everything! Having the kitchen and living room was SO nice. The layout and space were great. Here's the lowdown:||Cons: |1. Breakfast - the breakfast was good. However, do not except much when it comes to the hot options. They limit everything to 2 per person which was interesting. And someone is there to place it on your plate monitoring how much is distributed. The continental/cold options are very basic but they have everything. Yogurt with toppings, fruit, cereal, toast. It gets the job done and I'm happy they had it, it just wasn't impressive. The turkey sausage was..not good.|2. In suite Kitchen - there were no pots or pans to cook anything. And the nearest Walmart is around 10-15 min away. Maybe the front desk has pots, I did not ask but thought it was strange to offer a full kitchen with zero not even one pot or pan? That was so disappointing. ||Pros:|1. Location was great! Across the street are restaurants, gas station, nail salon, etc. |2. Room - loved loved loved my room and the space! (One bedroom suite)|3. Friendly staff |4. Clean room and hotel||I would have given this hotel five star if it weren't for the cons list. Overall however, if you choose to stay here, I think you'd enjoy it!

I'm a little reluctant to rate this so highly since it will attract people and the prices will go up, but if you're looking for a place to stay near Denver International, this is hard to beat. The place is new and well-designed with a spacious, inviting lobby, coffee and tea available 24/7, free breakfast if you want it, and great customer service. There's a nice selection of snacks and drinks in a cubby by the front desk and plenty of space to hang out and wait in a nice, large, airy lobby. Some nice food options within walking distance, and there's a Starbucks across the street which opens early. The room I stayed in (which is like all of them, I think) had a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The bathroom is large and modern with a glass-enclosed shower without the stupid bathtub and shower curtain of yore. Large comfy bed, tons of outlets. It's not the Drake Hotel but for an airport location, it deserves very high marks, especially considering the price.

I struggle to understand how, so far, this hotel has an overall rating of only 3.5. My experience was top-notch. First off, I stayed here, due to a flight cancellation. My airline offered me a free stay, so I selected this hotel. Front desk staff (Sofi and Elizabeth (?) ) were amazing, and immediately knew how to handle this type of reservation. They were warm. friendly and professional and answered all of my questions before I even thought to ask them. This hotel is extremely clean, relatively new, in a great location, with multiple dining options just a short walk away. Although I didn't have the opportunity to use the Fitness Center or Pool, I did take a look and they are both clean and well-appointed. The breakfast offering was very flavorful and a cut above the usual. Not only in quality, but the kitchen staff actually plated and served my selections. Before I forget, the shuttle service was efficient, on-time and amazing. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Come on house keeping staff! How’s a guest know the bed’s not been slept in, when the sheets and pillow cases are significantly wrinkled? That’s right, they don’t. It’s not what this guest wants to be greeted by. I find it ridiculous and unwelcoming.
I do very much appreciate the response to the matter, given by a lovely young Indian fellow at the front desk. He’s the only one who seemed to “get it” and show caring. He would definitely benefit an establishment with higher standards.
