Wonderful 3 day stay. Incredible service. Amazing complimentary breakfast. The whirlpool was down, but pool area clean & inviting. Front desk folks great, especially Amber. She recommended many Wonderful places to see & eat. Would totally stay here again.

I've never had a bad experience at a Fairfield Inn, but the staff at this one go above and beyond!|Bailey, the general manager is amazing and clearly loves her job! She's super friendly and very accommodating, she always greets you with a smile and your name - she makes you feel right at home rather than just another guest. Amber, also a manager is great at her job too, shes gone well out of her way to help me out and made sure everything was right with my stay. Everyone I've interacted with on the housekeeping staff is very nice and professional as well. |The rooms are spacious, clean and most importantly quiet! The only drawback is that the pool and hot tub are currently undergoing maintenance. |Their breakfast is really good. They alternate between ham, egg & cheese croissant sandwiches, feta and spinach quiche, fritatas, English muffin egg sandwiches, and biscuits & gravy along with the standard oatmeal, waffles, cereals, muffins, coffees, juices and tea (we've stayed a few times, so we've got to sample it all lol)|The hotel is easy to get to, just off Baptist Road and I-25 with a grocery store and gas station right across the street, a Walgreens about a block away and plenty of restaurants near by, whether you're looking for fast food (like McDonalds in the same parking lot) or a sit down place (like the Cajun restaurant a couple miles south off North Gate)|Great view of the Air Force Academy, the front range and Pikes Peak.

This place was chosen because of the proximity to the wedding venue nearby. We were in town for the wedding one night.

Check in experience went fine after a phone call telling me they had a room ready bonus points on getting us checked in before actual check in time. Also thank you for getting the down free pillows preference taken care of.

Had a mishap stain on our bed sheets as we walked in to check the sheets. Taken care of after a social media post.

The running through the halls from 9pm on from the multiple hockey teams and unsupervised kids... A little concerning. Hard to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with that nonsense going on. Sent a message through the app as the phone call to front desk went unanswered - maybe due to the cacophony in the front lobby with kids on smart devices and kids running the halls. I was responded to via the messenger that they had some other complaints similar to mine...

For future... Maybe send rewards members a notification of what to expect or a heads up. I gladly would have taken my business elsewhere had I known that would be our experience in a whole.

I appreciate the apology via app messaging system.... But I really felt like with the number of complaints... Something else should have set the tone. Not sure what the fix is - however more training or education might assist with future issues. •Definitely was not worth the price I paid•
