G catering was some of the best catering food I have ever tasted and I had a lot!
I had them cater a 50 person party and from start to finish it was very professional. Lots of delicious food options to meet a variety of needs. Even the most delicious vegan dish arrived for one guest. Food was warm, plated pretty and all our conversations were fun. I would 1000% recommend them!

G Catering has partnered with Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee for the last 5 years for the annual Wine & Wishes event. Each year they outdo themselves and create an incredible experience that results in a phenomenal event. The entire team at G Catering is first class and I cannot thank them enough for their continued support year after year. Every person I spoke to was gushing about the food, service and presentation. When I told Chef Burke that we had about 100 more people than we estimated, he look at me and said "game on!" G's staff was also incredible by jumping in and helping when the bar lines were out of control.

G Catering is at the very top of my list for any and every event!

G catering makes top of the line food that is both high quantity AND high quality. I was thoroughly impressed at a work lunch where food was catered from.

Usually I avoid salad. This salad looks impressive, with bright green colors sprinkled with bright orange squash and candies pecans. This salad was absolutely amazing, and with their dressing, I would’ve been happy with just that.
They raised the bar when they brought out their trays of sautéed vegetables. Onions and peppers and squash and zucchini and mushrooms. All beautifully sautéed. Yes, it is a bit oily, but seasoned perfectly.
Their roasted potatoes are actually fantastic. Beautiful char that gives the caramel iced flavor with none of the burnt taste. Salt is added in just the right quantity that the dish is flavorful while simple.

They had an interesting chicken covered in some creamed spinach mixture. This was ok, nothing fantastic, and the chicken was a tad dry.
Now for the winner: salmon. The biggest fillets of salmon that cut like butter were served. The flavor was simple - clean fish with a buttery, oily, flaky mouthfeel, followed my the subtlety of a soy or teriyaki charred exterior all around. Astounding.

They had some breads to go along with the dishes but that was nothing to write home about.

Now the desserts/snacks.

The only qualm I had is that their hummus and veggie pre-made cups were disproportional. Too much hummus for the 3 pieces of veggies.

They had excellent parfaits with a nice variety of granola and seeds.
They had mini macaroons. Light, soft, and chewy centers made for an excellent treat to quickly pop in your mouth.

They also had these mini strawberry shortcake shot glasses that were carefully constructed and tasted amazing. It was topped with mini sugar pearls.

My favorite dessert, though, was the brownies. Thick, chewy, rich, chocolatey brownie topped with marshmallow, peanuts, caramel, and more chocolate!! Yes please. One small square will knock you off your feet.

They then had some popcorn which was nothing out of the ordinary, but still good.

100% recommend for a catering event. Get the salmon.

G Catering has some of the best reviews in the industry, and our daughter's wedding warrants yet another! From the initial phone call with Nate, who took the time to patiently answer all of my questions; to our amazing tasting that was an event in and of itself with such attention to details, taste, and presentation....(and we left knowing we wouldn't be able to eat again for days!)
And there may not be strong enough words to praise Pinar G. and her professionalism, kindness, attention to every detail and thoughtful solutions to a couple of challenges. It was like planning a party with a dear friend and I am grateful to her for allowing the planning and execution of the catering and cocktail elements to be so enjoyable. Every "MOB" should be so fortunate to have a Pinar.

Moving on to the food! The Food! Wedding food can be so unpredictable especially in a venue without an oven and I'm still not sure how the magic happened but "poof" there it was...from the passed appetizers to the buffet to the late night snack....the compliments we received from our guests were numerous and un-ending. (My favorites from our selections were the crab cakes and the jalapeño pulled pork crostinis, the caesar salad dressing is to die for, and the chicken piccata...so, so good.)

The serving staff and the bar staff deserve the final compliments. What a great team G Catering put together to serve our guests. Everyone was hard working, service-centric and SMILED.

What a memorable and special occasion for our family and friends, which was made that much more amazing due to the outstanding team of people at G Catering! Thank you to all!

Cannot recommend them enough! Great cherries jubilee, doughnuts, beef tenderloin sandwiches, and bananas fosters. Staff was so kind and worked really hard the entire event.

G-Catering and Pinar were fantastic to work with for our October 2023 wedding. We used G-Catering for the cocktail hour, dinner buffet, and bars. Pinar was always so responsive to all of my questions and it made me feel at ease knowing she helped run our event. Lots of guests commented on how fun the presentations were for the passed hors d'oeuvres and we continue to have guests share with us about how yummy the food was. The bartenders and catering staff were all so great! G-Catering elevated our event and I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the Nashville area.
