I am absolutely appalled at my experience here this evening! I got a very bad puncture in my tyre, the tyre was very flat and the metal made a loud sound when the vehicle was moving. I thought it would be safer to drive into the petrol station but couldn't get the car into one of the parking spaces. I popped into the shop to ask if it was okay to wait with my car until RAC came or if anyone could help change my tyre. My car was in the front and cars could get past me when filling petrol. I was met with so much aggression, a lack of kindness. I kept on being threatened that I would get a ticket and if I did, then don't complain to them and they kept telling me to drive my car somewhere else when I couldn't drive the car because of the puncture. They also kept saying they were expecting a petrol delivery (but over two hours later that hadn't materialised). The tone and aggressive nature and repeating the same thing over and over was really intimidating and unhelpful with no attempt to understand that I couldn't move the car and that it wasn't safe for me to do so! It wasn't harming anyone the car being where it was - and people could still use the petrol pumps and get passed me.

There were two kind men who could see things escalating and could see that I was very upset. They kindly mediated the situation and pushed my car to the back of the petrol station. Once they left, the senior man continued to be aggressive, repeating the same thing over and over, that RAC needs to move my vehicle before they fix it.

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of kindness of the staff at the petrol station and their aggressiveness towards me! It resulted in me feeling really unsafe!

If you want cheaper petrol - Jet has good prices - but it comes with a lack of kindness, understanding, respect or professionalism.

I'm very grateful for the two customers who stepped in to help and helped me feel a bit safer - they shouldn't have had to step in though!

It's seems that some customers get asked to pay upfront for fuel, and others can just pull up and get their fuel!
It's not a great way to treat people and causes a divide. Won't use the place again! Cashiers attitude wasn't great either!

In uk visiting my family. Telling my family as to avoid at all costs. If we’re not a certain type we’re discriminated against. Why use a place when ur not welcome and pay good money like the rest. Avoid people avoid racism is high in this place against our kind

I went to fill up my car at this petrol station. I was followed in by 2 Asian men driving behind to also fill up. I was asked to pay in advance for my petrol and the 2 Asian men were not asked at all. The clerk was Asian also. I left without filling my car and went to another petrol station.
They don't deserve a star but you have to click to leave a review.

So dirty. Needs a clean. Also black white and Jewish people have to pay upfront but Muslims don’t have to, why is this

Shocking service asked me to pay for my fuel first before filling my vehicle up but other people on forecourt pull upto pump and pump gets authorised straight away
