The absolute most delicious steak sandwich you will ever eat in the Borough of the Bronx, right ingredients, always fresh bread delivered daily. I know the owner and workers all super nice people, right atmosphere, right everything. Everytime I go there I have to get 3 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches for me and my little ones, and there's always a line of people waiting for other delicious sandwiches they make there too. It's one of the best deli in the Bronx hand down, try the Philly Cheesesteak you won't regret it.

First time I went here, I was served outstanding French fries. On my subsequent visits, I was served typical fries. I do not know why one day I was served excellent fries and I haven’t seen them again.

They never have chicken fingers nor tenders and yet they are on the menu. The chicken they have is good though.

The place can get very busy at times so wait times is longer during peak lunch hour.

Updated: went this morning to get two wraps with everything on them, a honey ham hero with everything on it, 3 sodas, 1 coffee and 1 mystic juice plus 2 ice cream coconut sticks. Total came up to 50.83 because I also got charged for using my card. I understand that you near hospitals but the food is not even that good anymore, their new cooks never get my order correct.

Tasty fried fish. They sell by the pound but lately, the deli has not been labeling the fish container so you don't really know if you are getting the value of what you pay for. Even when you ask for the food to be weighed and labeled, they don't. Not sure why the change in practice but the deli should be more transparent. Otherwise, deli has some tasty food.

Absolutely great deli. I love the way how they make my lunch. Also they are professional and friendly. Not often but once or twice a week I stop here for a great lunch. Prices are good for a quality and quality of food.

Morris Park has plenty of great delis and M&R is at the top of the list. I love their sandwiches: you pick out the bread (and they have a great selection) hand it to one of the friendly guys behind the counter and tell him what you want. They pile the meats and cheeses high on your sandwich and are happy to add anything you want. Plenty of sauces and condiments to choose from. I enjoy the "Citywide" breakfast sandwich: Bacon, Eggs, Cheese, Home fries and Hot Sauce. Good thing Montefiore is right around the corner!
