Amazed on how my hoods hardware had an upgrade and i haven't been 2 in a min. Loved dat experience very helpful friendly knowledgeable. Felt great 2 see there's still businesses dat feels old school and modern 4 da times. Want 2 thank the young lady that was very helpful and found an old school bro dat brought me back into time. Lol. Great experience great place clean open and even a upstairs. To me they had everything and more. I was here yesterday and needed more. Thanks

Questionable service from a couple employees. I visited two times looking for help with a particular tool. Both times they told me to do demolition for my issue, which seemed ill-advised. I eventually discovered with help from my dad that a wrench would solve my problem. I then returned the tool I had first purchased, with the original packaging, and they refused to accept it. Their return policy that is clearly printed on their receipt says they "accept returns in original packaging," so I am not sure why I was denied. The packaging was unopened. It is unfortunate because I always prefer to patronize small businesses, and we have so many great ones here in Astoria, but this experience was poorly handled and left me feeling disappointed.
